I sometimes have dizziness after sudden standing, especially when I don't eat enough. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthostatic_hypotension)
I suspect one cause could be low blood energy.
Any idea?

Yes, thats normal when you eat too little.
The leg muscles are our biggest muscles, and when you get up,
you use them all, so that your blood flow gets momentarily inhibited quite a bit.
If that blood already contained little glucose, as a result temporarily too little glucose will reach the brain.
Hence the dizziness, or even fainting.
So, you really need to increase the number of meals per day even more.
