Bird flu and eggs
Should I be concerned about contracting flu from eating raw eggs I eat about 6 per day.I dont eat fish.
Apparently it's difficult for humans to contract it, far more difficult than for birds, or even cats. Distribution via eggs is possible, but only if some infected excrement sticks to the outside of the egg. Chances are that before we get infected, lots of birds nearby will have died already. Until that happens I don't think there is any reason to worry.
