I'm little confused with this:
Christina wrote: I also stopped the oj and oo since she toothsoap inventor very much recommends no or little juice and not too many meals per day since the acids weaken the enamel and it cannot rebuild itself if stripped constantly.
So I eat around 6-9 times per day and no juice.
6-9 meals per day is not many?
:o

PS: What is "oo"?

If you're not thinking smaller/snacky meals and if you are coming here from SAD, it's a lot of meals.

In this case, a meal could just a banana or an apple?
Why don't we call it a snack instead?

What about using this at night before bedtime for increased remineralization? http://www.perfect-prescription.com/pro ... =11&pid=32

Would it work?

I suspect one should be carefull not to swallow any of it, since it contains salts...

I allready use tooth soap and is satisfied with it, but would like to ensure my teeth are at their healthiest.

I don't know what positive effect the salts would have, nor the essential oils. Maybe the calcium could be helpful.

I try to use the bass method when brushing, but I dont feel
like I am getting it right, and my gums are quite sore sometimes.

Would this toothbrush work to more easily do the Bass method?

Not really. You need a brush with lots of soft hairs, sometimes called 'multi-tufted'.

OK.

My teeth are really not doing well. They are sensitive, feels
"un-solid", have a rough surface rather than a smooth one,
have yellow/brown colored spots (not actual cavities) and
generally feels like crap.

I am going to allow a month or two for them to get better, by
always using a straw when drinking juice, always flush my mouth
with water after eating fruits, use the bass method when brushing,
use tooth soap with no essential oils and the tooth swish I talked
about a few posts back, without the essential oils in it. Also, I will
floss very good.

Any other things I should do/not do?

I really desperately want to same my teeth, and I also really want to
keep eating this way, but it seems that all the fruit acid and/or the
frequent eating is very harmful to the teeth :( Either that, or I am
lacking some kind of minerals or something.

Well, this week when I was reading all about vit. D, I read a lot that one of the main things we need it for is healthy teeth. So maybe you could read something about this and take a look at your vit. D intake??? Sorry if I'm completely wrong, but it crossed my mind when reading your last post.
