I hear a lot of great things about, however vitamin e is added. I know low vitamin e oil is wanted here, but is it alright? Is vitamin e that bad for skin?

Its not bad similar to a harsh chemical.
Its just about vitamin E accelerating shedding of the skin.
This makes the skin look younger (as old cells arew shed faster.
The downside is that this accelerates skin renewal, which accelerates aging of the skin.
