I just started the raw food diet today and I'm waiting for my nuts to come friday. SHould I stop using proactive and putting on sun screen?

Yes, Proactive can diminish the effects of acne, but it can also cause new acne. So, yes you need to stop using Proactive to be able to witness the effects of this diet.
You can use sunscreen when you need it.
