A friend of mine referred me to this brand of soap:

I chose the Baby-Mild unscented version. If you look at the ingredients, you will see that there are very few ingredients and you can recognize them all. I chose the liquid soap over the bar soap because it one less ingredient (salt). Interestingly, the website says you can also brush your teeth with this soap!

Here's the way I see it. I am now not using any soap when I shower, just water. However, there seems to be some times when you have something on your body, like chlorine from swimming pools, that plain water just can get remove. In such situations, I believe soap is a necessity. Therefore, if I have to use soap, I'd prefer one that is totally natural where I recognize all the ingredients and has a few ingredients as possible. So far, this particular brand of soap has the fewest and most natural ingredients I've seen. However, if anyone has any other brands they could suggest that may be better, I would definitely like to hear about them.
Huh, I looked for something with only a few recognizable ingredients and no vitamin E, and it is hard to find. How about this one?
