Sure. You can put lots of different chemicals on your face and see positive results, because many of these chemicals will kill layers of skin cells and thus decrease inflammations and increase cell renewal rate.
Also, roaccutane and high intakes of vitamin B5 may eventually decrease sebum production, decreasing your acne. Antibiotics may decrease inflammations, decreasing your acne.
