Vinegar?

I have heard extraordinary things about this product applying it on skin and taking it internally but it says that it kills the bacteria in the acne.

I am basically afraid to put anything on my face that says "kill" because that can also mean that it kill healthy skin cells.

Are usually things that say they kill the bacteria are they usually likely to kill healthy skin?

Acne cannot be prevented from the outside. you need to eliminate the cause. Vinegar cannot do that.
Also, once there is an inflammation, the vinegar cannot get to it.

Hey Waians,

My local sashimi market is quite pricey already, but they do sell mackerel for around $4/100g. I tried some and it tasty kinda salty. When I called them and asked, it turns out they marinade it in vinegar. Is this alright to consume?

A vinegar marinade is okay, but if they added salt (which they probably did),
then its not okay.
