Castile soap
Is Castile soap and tap water ok to shower in? If not, what are products that have worked for you. Be specific please (brand names and stores)

How is it different?
Its not that soap causes acne. (any) Soap is just one of those agents that dehydrate the skin, and that may lead to increased sebum production, which aggravates acne.
Regarding body care products you have to find what works for you, which you can only do once you have totally cleared your skin. So, first you clear your skin and then you start experimenting what products you can use.
Any soap might be ok for you, as long as used in modest concentrations. It might also be that even the most aggressive soap, and very concentrated, is ok for you as long as you eat the right foods.
