Itchy Acne & whiteheads

Thanks Everyone! Good to know. That was a seriously bad break out and probably a combination of both the banana chips and my period. My face seemes to be calming down somewhat but I don't know if two weeks is enough to clear this up.

Does anyone know why the acne itches like it does???

Actually, its a good sign. The more superficial the acne, the more it itches, so that at least its not pus/sebum from deep down that needs to surface; its already close to the surface, so that its gone sooner.

ti stop itching of a pimple, is it ok to put an icecube over it numb it. it stops the itching, but is there any bad side effect?

I also herd that bannas themselves have iodine whitch is one of the top acne aggravator's.

But that is jest another therory among thousands I have read.

Iodine doesnt cause acne.
I know because raw seafish doesnt cause acne, while its very high in iodine.
