Probably you're not eating enough. You need to eat at least some 2-3-4kg of fruits per day, whether juiced or not, in addition to olive oil, egg yolks and fish.

Its mistake #1 on this diet.
You need to increase energy intake by drinking/eating more frequently.
So, you dont need to increase the size of your meals, but the frequency.
The best way to increase energy intake is by making it easy, by consuming less whole fruits,
and more extracted or pressed juices (less burdening and filling fiber), with sugar and a little oil added.
Add as much sugar as you need.

Ahh ok thanks , and btw I heard that Milk and diary products can cause acne , is that true and would you recommend me that I stay away from milk and diary products when I finish this diet ?

Im sorry, i cannot advice you what (not) to eat if you dont do this diet anymore,
because then there are so many possible culprits.

The effect on acne only lasts while you are ON the diet. Since it is the diet which affects the acne, it means you can't start eating all the stuff that gives you acne again. But once you cleared up you can start 'experimenting' according to the recommendations here.. Try only one thing at a time and repeat a few times, and see how it goes..
