I seem to have this along with my acne and was recently treated with Intranzacole 200mg daily for 2 weeks which seems to have cleared it.
Anyone have any idea how the wai diet can address this problem?
I was looking into using a body soap and have chosen 'dove' because of its ph balance...however its very hydrating and moisturising and even tho its not on my skin long It could be leading to an increase of acne on my back.
Any ideas on what I could use to keep this pesky critter away and be acne friendly? Im tempted to try a sulphur/zinc/selenium type soap but not too sure.
