My original question was about the documented proof of the water retention theory of denaturalized protein molecules. There are just some things that don't add up to me; also the fact that my skin doesn't look more bloated or puffy when eating cooked, even though the Wai PDF said it would.
Don't get me wrong here, I love my raw food and no acne, I just have my doubts about the explanation.

Its what most people notice.the fact that my skin doesn't look more bloated or puffy when eating cooked, even though the Wai PDF said it would.
Also people that dont have acne.
