Fluoride in egg yolks
From Waisays:
USDA has chosen to show the contents of just 10 specific minerals / trace elements for each food:Kookaburra wrote: I went to the USDA database to check and there were no fluoride values in there. Why is that so?
Calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium.
In Food Composition and Nutrition Tabels (Souci, S.W.), they list a few extra:
Cobalt, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, chloride, fluoride, iodide, boron, bromine, aluminium, silicon...
to the extend that the data are available.
What do you think? So, is there fluoride in egg yolks at all?
We made it up?
