You cannot change your susceptibility.I am unfortunately in the "cannot" category. I was hoping to change that.
If you think that water retention is a good thing, you may see that as a positive change.Especially with collagn supplements, people see a lot of positive changes in skin.
But water retention causes acne if you are susceptible.
It also stretches your skin, which may cause your skin to droop as you age.
What aspect of skin health specifically are you referring to?As for the supplements, I do see a difference in my general skin health(which I am mostly concerned with).
