Fiber merely is the 'package' and 'structure' for what we really need: the juices.
You definitely need the fruits, but only the juice. So, why dont you juice your fruits? (no mixer blender, but a juicer that separates the juice from the fiber by centrifugation)when I eat only raw fat and glucose I feel wonderful. I am just worried that after a while, I will be missing out on nutrients from fruits and/or missing what ever fiber does for the body.
It will keep your stomach flat.
To prevent blood-sugar spikes, as CurlyGirl said, add oil, and never drink a lot in one sitting; only sip from your juices.
