It's interesting because, before being on Wai, my legs' skin had always the mark of the socks. Then, when all my retention was gone, all the marks were also gone.
So I am probably sensitive to salt (sodium?). Hmm, actually, I can notice that on my fingers. As I said before, I remember having days on the past where I was struggling a lot because my pointer was all swelled. Of course, on that time, I couldn't really make a correlation with salt.
You may opt to decrease K intake instead, if necessary for the K:Na ratio.
What are the possible (good) consequences doing that? It's just, I simply don't know if I really need to do that or not.

I dont think it is sensible to do such an experiment.
You may compare it to the insulin system; you dont want to imbalance it.
What do you mean with this btw? Do you mean that I can't eat salt anymore? Or that I learned my body has some issues adjusting the absorption and excretion rate so it is better for me to be careful and avoid salt at all cost?

Some salt is fine.
Just do not do any high-salt experiments.
I think you are over-thinking on details.

Yes, of course. I was not planning adding that much salt. The maximum would be like 3/4 tsp., or 1 tsp.

Yeah, I know... But I ended not doing it anyway.
