Bad or good

My dad says the pills are suposed to be really good for you.

But I am not so sure about that any more after reading wai book lol

But I realy dont know.

You don't need any pills if your diet is good.

Bad, because they contain very high levels of antinutrients that indeed disarm bad molecules, but also eliminate good molecules.
There is no such thing as preventive medication (unless its a vaccination)

Ok cool now I know that those are a no no.

maybe those are one of the reasons among many that I broke out
when I was taking 6 a day
