fruits, although most peoples seem to do quite well with them, do seems to make you accumulate some body fat, mostly around the stomach area (as with other carbohydrates, although to a much less extent compared to grains for instance). still though this website and the human diet it proposes seems rather natural to humans; well thats to be expected as it is the natural diet of humans (varios 'fruits' and varios 'animals'), and fruits are a great human food as gatherers, but fruits still seem the 'lesser prefered' compare to other 'animals', not that humans shouldnt gather and snack on fruits when their available, but other 'animals' still seem as the prefered and consistent natural diet of humans
anyways though even though are a natural food of humans, as they are carbohydrates of sorts they tend to accumulate on your body as 'fruit fat' as i call it, it doesnt feel anywhere near as bad as fat from far worse carbs, but it still accumaltes some on the stomach area and a little thoughout, hence why its so easy to distiguish between hunter/gatherers that eat alot more fruits than others that eat alot more 'animals'. noureshment from 'animals' just makes your stronger, faster, overall physically built better, mentallay as well as its a natural humans food, and as long as your physically active, as humans have always naturally been, its seems as if you get stronger, no matter how many animal fats and the like you eat, you dont get 'fat', and definately not at the stomach area, its just seems to evenly distribute and kinda mix with your muscle tissue, making you stronger and also you dont feel hungry very often, your burning fat for energy. anyways though "those that primarily eat carbs get fat, those that primarily eat fat get strong", kinda like how it goes in nature, the herbavores primariliy eat carbohydrates and get fatter, and the predators eat the 'fatter' herbavorves and get strong. hence why carnivores naturally prefer the fattest prey. omnivores eat both, and their body types vary from time to time based on what they happen to be eating from time to time, such as bears. anyways though humans seem natural 'omnivores', as we can very well strive on both noureshment from 'animals' and/or fruits, although humans still seem to have deeper instincts to kill and feast on other 'animals', and seem to prefer noureshment from other animals by instinct over fruits when both are available, but will gladly eat both
also when i said fruits make your 'fat', its obviously much less in comparison to 'unnatural foods' and the like, they dont even make you truly 'fat' at least not what it has come to mean in 'society'; fruits just seem to accumulate somewhat on the stomach area for the most part (although one again not anywhere near as much as 'unnatrual foods' and the like). noureshment from 'animals' likewise seems to make humans stronger and faster in everyway, and any body fat is distrubeted evenly throughout the body, and also seems to mix with muscles, as a part of the muscles to be used for energy far more efficiently. anyways though, i suppose i rather like this site and its articles, as well as this forum

Ah, and this is not the case when you consume other types of energy, such as protein, fat or alcohol?as with other carbohydrates
Regardless of whether its protein, alcohol or any kind of carbs, ALL energy ingested in substantial amounts, will partially replenish blood sugar, muscle and liver glycogen
and some bodyfat.
Its not the source of the energy that determines whether its stored as bodyfat, or not, but your requirements and the size of the meal.

Bears actually indulge on fatty salmons to gain bodyfat, so that they can sleep all winter,hence why carnivores naturally prefer the fattest prey. ..., such as bears.

Are you seriously suggesting that bodyfat from dietary protein and fat is evenly distributed
and bodyfat from dietary carbs are not???
Bodyfat distribution is not determined by the dietary source, but your genetic make up.
When people start gaining weight,
for some its in the abdomen, whereas as for others its mostly on their thighs, or bottom.
Its your body that distributes the bodyfat.
Not the food.
