Ehrr, so you think my normal tone is insulting?Now... I see that this is your normal tone when responding to posts
Or you misinterpret my tone as insulting?
And if it was a misinterpretation, why dont you apologize for accusing me that i insulted you?
I already apologized to you in case you felt insulted by something i said.
Its totally okay if you dont agree with some of the concepts of this diet.I still disagree with you as far as whetgrass or for that matter any vegetable is concerned.
One of these concepts is that we only eat raw foods that contain little antinutrients. For munch foods there are different standards.
We already excluded all raw vegetables from this diet, except for those very low in antinutrients (like carrots).I feel that if you want to eliminate vegetables from the diet 100% then you should rewrite the book
As munch foods there is an option to eat cooked vegetables.
Because its very low in antinutrients.I saw in another post that said that carrot juice is ok and why.
Wheatgrass juice contains much more.
You say "other fruit", but wheatgrass juice is not a fruit(juice).why we couldn't juice wheatgrass and combine it with other fruit juice
It simply doesnt go with this diet.
Dont try to change this diet. Just accept that you dont agree with certain aspects of this diet. Thats fine by me.
We created this diet and what we created it to be, is just the way it is.
Everything is allowed. But if you drink wheatgrass juice, you dont do the wai diet; not even the version with munch foods as we selected them. You simply do some modified version of the Wai diet.my choice is to consume food that is allowed after the 2 week sample diet.
This happens all the time on the internet; somebody creates a software program and the next person modifies it and gives it a (slightly) different or similar name. You could name your modification the Why diet, or WaiDif 3.8 or whatever
