Hello, I am new and I am starting the Acne Sample Diet.
Does this diet also work for cellulite?

Yes it does. Acne and cellulite basically have the same cause, excessive water retention in the skin. In the case of acne it traps the sebum, and with cellulite it makes the subcutaneous fat cells visible.
Water retention is caused by an increased concentration of damaged, 'dirty' protein in the skin, which attracts water. Salt also attracts water, but for a shorter time than damaged protein.
The Acne Sample Diet is an elimination diet, taking away all toxic factors causing acne and cellulite (and other diseases), while keeping the necessary intake of nutrients our body needs.
