Absolutely.

Nothing in the morning.
Then lots of OJ and raw salmon.
Thats basically it, with a little diversification occasionally.

Yes, OJ is available anywhere, as are eggs.

Yes, just OJ and egg yolks.

Only since Wai.
I used to retain more water when i was young, and i hated it. I always dreamt of having a tight-skinned face.
That was why i was very excited to find out what the effects of the diet are.
And thats why I dont care for other foods, nor about the "pressure" / opinions from other people.
For me, the Wai diet is one big, prolonged party that liberated me from acne and gave me a fine skin.

It's crazy how I like the faces dry and square and as you are muscular and drawn it is very beautiful

There are few people who happen to have a dry and attractive face I find, really dry I mean

There is for example : James Marsden (When he was a little younger) and Andres Velencoso Segura

Its funny, but i always had a fixation for that 'dry' skin that you mention (no water retention), just like you.
For me it always represented health, not knowing that it actually does.
Thats fascinating. As if you can 'tell' what is healthy by the looks.
Similarly, i always had a fixation for a toned down muscled body; not bulky, but lean, just like you.

Yes it is much more attractive I find, to be fine, dry and muscular and especially to have a dry face, There is so much face swollen, round, it is not aesthetic I find
