I suppose she is thinking of diabetes. Diabetes, although associated with sugar(s), is a problem of energy management. Big meals with lots of food make the insulin system go crazy. That's why small meals are good, even if they contain lots of sugar. This is explained a bit simply...let us know if you need/want to know more.

I have been on this diet for a week now. My gas and "poop" has become more smelly then before. I saw someone having the same problem but does that go away later on?
I feel like I am asking too much... but I just got alot of quetions due to every small changes

The acne in my forehead are also getting worse... Its small red bumps

12 days now
The acne is about the same, keep getting alot of new breakouts on my forehead and a few in my back.
The only difference is that my skin is not so dry and red like before.
I will give it some more time and see Hope it will get better results by next week...

I am also thinking to elimate the nuts and less raw salmon...
Yeah, about that and some small bites in between.
I already feel like I am eating all the time now... I usually have some cutted fruits / rasins / OJ / nuts beside me.
I only lost 1kg but it might because I used to eat til I am really full before I started this diet.

perhaps the raisins also stops the skin to clear up? if they're not 100% raw quality?

Without the nuts and raisins, you need to pay more attention to eating sufficiently frequently though.

I suddenly got really itchy in my scalp today... and new breakouts. I followed the diet strictly

hmmm, the itchyness may indicate an allergy...
And since we dont know what food you are allergic for, we need to find out first.
