Indeed.
It may be too much (depending on the size of your meal), but it sure is not too often.
The more often, the less stress on the insulin system, and the less redundant energy converted to bodyfat.

Even one apple can be too much at one meal (every 30min) ?
Can I eat every 15 minutes? but of course smaller meals and without OO
Like this:
8:15 1/4 apple
8:30 1/4 banana
8:45 1/2 orange
9:00 1/4 avocado
...
Only in the evening, after workout, I want to eat one big protein meal
22:00 5 egg yolks + 1/2 orange juice + 1/4 avocado + 1/4 banana + 1/2 tsp honey

I think the white spots is the precipitation of (excess) calcium.
Do you take vitamin pills?

It's that it's too much in one setting if you are going for fat loss. The more you eat in one meal, the more you will store as glycogen (sugar storage) or as body fat (fat storage). The less you eat, the less that gets stored because the most gets used for direct energy needs. Therefore, the smaller the meal, the easier it is to lose weight. Given that you are not eating addicting substances (cooked protein or dairy).
If you enjoy it alot and can't do without it but still want to lose weight, eat it but make all the other meals smaller.
Looking at you nutrients I think you could use some more Iron and zinc (yolks!). You don't get alot of mineral inhibitors in the diet because of the wai diet and your body can adapt the absorb ratios. So don't worry too much about minerals. Also some vitamin D. But vitamin D is only important if you didn't get enough sunlight in the summer time (in the winter the UV rays are not good enough for your body to make vitamin D). Herring and mackerel are very good sources of vitamin D.
Looking at it makes me think that you need to eat some different kinds of fish more. And also a bit more egg yolks are very good for pretty much all the nutrients you are missing out on.
The white spots on nails can have to do with other things. I used to have them because I always pushed the membrane that lays on the nail with my other nails. It is called the cuticle: http://sp.life123.com/bm.pix/bigstockph ... 00x600.jpg
So you should not be pushing the cuticle. Something that alot of people do, especially women. But it gave alot of white spots on my nails.

It's not about using that thing. It's about pushing the cuticles, with nails for example. But I assume you are not doing that either?
And Emeira, you really don't need 100% of the minerals a day. In a normal diet there are alot of substances that prevent alot of minerals to work properly. ON the wai diet you have this to a much less extent. So the minerals can do their work better and therefore comparing yourself with the guidelines for a normal diet is not a smart move and can make you unsure or paranoid about getting enough nutrients. Trust me, I've been there. And please only eat as much yolk as you like. Don't force it. But try to eat as much as you like, it's very good for ya

and then you do need a lot of energy to replenish that glycogen.

If you think you are deficient in zinc, you should have your blood levels checked.
Oysters may contain too much zinc, and you dont need them.I know that oysters are incredibly rich in zinc, but very expensive

Moreover, your body can completely breakdown cholesterol to bile acids which is a very clean process. So your body might need alot of the cholesterol to restore and build things as cholesterol is a nutrient. Oxysterols are very hard for your body to break down and cause alot more troubles. Oxysterol doesn't form much at room temperature but is rapidly created at cooking temperatures. There is only one reason why high cholesterol levels are feared:

So, you need to find out just one thing: is there any formation of plaque in your blood vessels?
(dietary) Oxysterols are harder to remove from the blood, eventually increasing total cholesterol (cholesterol plus oxysterols)
So, more cholesterol is related to more oxysterols, is related to more arterial plaque.
