Been eating my 75g of fish in the morning. Been enjoying it for breakfest.
Today i was physically working (manually cutting down small trees), therefore i added about 100-130gs of sugar to my juice. The work didn't take long.
Sadly, i managed to 'spike' myself with sugar. Got that sickly, tired feeling. It passed in about 30mins.
I also didn't eat my Avacado salad today.
Skin is great/smooth. Old spots clearing up

Woke up this morning needing the toilet. Had a bit of a upset tummy. I never usually get these. I had 'loose bowels'. Wasn't 100% diarrhea.
I'm thinking that the increase in sugar yesterday and not eating my Avacado salad (no fiber) may have caused this.
I had a new small whitehead today (sugar 'spike', protein deficiency?)
I have also been feeling 'hungry' now and then.
Will wait and see how my skin turns out over the next few days.
At the present moment, i am thinking, if i do change my fish intake, i may be more inclined to increase the fish.

Painted ceiling again last night.
Got a new big red spot on shoulder. I should probably stop washing my shoulders with soap. Maybe add a little oil?
Also had a small whitehead of cheek.
Apart from that skin is smooth and old spots clearing up. One on the back of my neck is clearing up as well.

17-20 August
Skin has been nice and smooth. Seems to be getting better. Generally the spots i do get are usually tiny whiteheads or tiny red spots that turn into whiteheads over the next couple of days. The except to this rule is the red spot that i recieved on my shoulder (see 16th August) and a small red spot on my left forehead.
Been very busy painting the living room every day.

No major spots but still getting some. Skin has been nice and smooth If the spots start out red, the next day they usually turn white.
So the big question is (as the 2-week experiment is nearing its end)
Do i go up 5gs in fish to 80gs or go down 5gs to 70gs?!
Could i be getting a protein shortage at 75gs (with 2-3 hours of DIY physical work everyday)?
This is my usual diet
1 x Avacado (+distilled white vinger, chives, sugar)
2 L OJ + 160g OO
25gs of sugar
75gs of Tilapia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilapia)
