She is actually eating only about 10% of what she puts in her mouth,
the other 90% is dropped from her mouth in and around her plate,
until she picks it up and puts it in her mouth again...
Occasionally the salmon flies around the room when she's pointing at something.

No, she just refused to eat the pure yolks any longer.
Yolks in juice was well accepted and is enjoyed.
Trix cannot talk yet, except for "no" (essential!), "daddy", "mummie", "bye bye" (including waving with her hand) and "billy" (the next door cat),
but she just had her 3rd telephone conversation with her grandmother in Ghana.
She holds the phone to her ear, and while grandmother is talking to her, every few seconds Trix responds with a sound, just like mama does.
Grandmother is sooo proud...
Its funny how babies mimic their parents. I often gently strike her back when i hold her in my arms,
and she regularly does the same thing to me.
She also likes to put food in my mouth, just as i do to her sometimes.
Trix also knows how to switch from one ringtone to another in mama's phone. (given that she is in the right menu)
Since about 3 months she knows (when im making oj) how to throw the used orange peels in the garbage bag;
she gets tired after throwing in 20 to 30 peels.

How much and what kind of juice does Trix drink now?
And also, how many yolks/day?
How is she doing compared to other children healthwise? Is she ever sick?

Of course its okay!
She daily drinks 1.2 L of a mix of banana juice (30%) and OJ, mango or melon juice (70%) (plus a few drops of OO).
At night, right before bed she gets the 3 egg yolks in her drink, which she loves.
She also loves raw salmon (she doesnt drop any of it anymore!), and beef and chicken to a lesser degree.
She has not been sick yet, except for a stuffed and runny nose.
Its a smart girl and very much investigative.
Also very social; when two neighbourhood kids came over to play in the house,
one by one she took her toys and brought these to the kids to play with.
Whenever they actually did play with it, she applauded and smiled.

She is so adorable and lucky to eat healthy! No wonder she also has a good attitude in life. it's all connected the gut and mind...

Yes I agree with Christina she is really adorable!!
I have the same experience with my little girl, she is also very social and curious. She seems to be a really satisfied and happy child. I have older children too, and compared to how I remember them at 15 months i think there is a difference.

Trix tends to eat this way;
During the day, even when playing actively, she drinks juices (banana-orange, banana-mango or banana-grapes) sparingly and in very small amounts,
whereas right before she goes to sleep (3 times / 24 hrs), she drinks A LOT (about 0.2 L each time), including 2 egg yolks at night.

Does she have equal access to food other than juices during the day?
Maybe she instinctively feels that she will not have the possibility to eat during some time before going to sleep?

Yes, she can also eat meat during the day, but she eats it in very small amounts.
Only at night she tends to eat much more (salmon or meat).
Yes, its only when when she is laying in bed, right before going to sleep, that she is drinking so much juice,
knowing that she will have to make do with that energy during her sleep.
In between she may wake up to drink more.

She eats slow cooked meat right? I think raw meat might be a bit dangerous for kids?
