Yes.
Maybe this time you can try taking just a little bit, once, and then no munch foods for 2 days.
Then eat a little more, and then again no munch foods for 2 days.
That way you may find your tolerance level.
I haven't tried the seaweed yet, but my skin is clear so I feel like experimenting with something. Maybe eggs... including the whites. I was just wondering, what would be the best way of cooking an egg, like what method would least likely cause breakouts? Boiling or steaming?
Probably it doesn't matter. Light cooking would be best, e.g. boiling not more than 3 minutes. This way most of the avidin in the white should be deactivated, while the yolk doesn't get too damaged.

Bad choice for a munch food: high in protein and also in cholesterol that readily gets damaged (bad cholesterol).
I ate more than just eggs . I ate something worse... I ate chicken cutlet... fried in canola oil, batter = flour, onions, carrots, raw egg and pepper and salt. Guess I'll have to suffer for the next week with horrible horrible acne. Hopefully it'll teach me not to stray from the diet.
Drinking a lot of water will help; it will help get rid of the substances that make you retain water more quickly. I wouldn't try to puke or anything; I really hate puking.
Throwing up is also very bad for your teeth (acids from digestive juices destroying enamel).
Also, this may cause you to end up in a cycle of binging and throwing up, and you certainly dont want that.
So, just face the consequences.
Maybe you can try to not experiment at all for a few weeks?
That way you can fully enjoy your clear skin for a while...
You shouldnt speed up any healing.
Why?
Because healing is done most accurately when done precisely and without any haste.
You want a perfect result, no?
