HI guys my name is giulio i am from italy and i will amke 18 years old on 5 March LOL
and i became lacto ovo vegetarian(with still junk food lol)
from like 3 months
i have lots of acne and constipation LOL
so i want to make the acne sample diet
i am also an atlethe and i am training in the gym toi imporve my vertical jump explosivness ecc(i play absketball not now tough since i quitted with my old team and i will start the new seasonafter this summer until than for at least 3 months i will just focus on pylometrics and weight taining(vertical jump bible) to improve everything
i ahve a couple of questions?
i think buuter is better than olive oil can i use both please??
are peeled carrotsok with tomatoes for the salad??
can i use dried apricots not just for calories(trying to burn fat and build or at least keep my lean mass) but for nutrients as well??
lie i said i dont eat any fish or meat
i ma very tall 196 cm and i weight aroun 92 kg that weight is good but i wnat to replace some muscles with that fat
so what is the best way to stay on this diet remove acne and still weight train??
please let me know
also i wnat to know what fruit is best ??

suggeste only 5 yeggs yolk that are like only 20 grams of protein how manhy yegg yolks can i eaT???

i will keep this diet until my acne goes away and than start adding other foods to see how i react =)

Hi giulio, welcome.
This diet is so effective because it excludes everything that may cause acne.
Just stick to it until your acne is gone.
Then the first thing you can experiment with, is butter.
But not until your acne is gone.
Once your skin is clear you can start experimenting.
On this diet, you need easy to digest foods, and as high in energy as possible.
Mistake number 1 on this diet is consuming too little energy,
which makes you lose weight ans strength.

(more muscles, less fat)
If you dont eat any fish, you may consider taking omega-3 supplements later, for EPA.
You can add Brazil nuts (shelled by you) once your skin is clear, which are high quality protein,
and very effective.

You are taller, so i suggest you start with 150 grams of fish or egg yolks (=9 units).
(this is not grams of protein, but grams of fish / yolks)
It is also advised to consume white sugar before and during workout.
Sugars are best added to juices, like orange juice,
or juices from other fruits made with a juice extractor (not blender!).

If you only want it from a supplement, you should know that its mostly a fish oil,
but you can also get (more expensive) EPA derived from microalgae.
If you opt for the supplement; wait till your skin is 100% clear.

But you dont need the complete omega-3 as fruits already contain LNA,
which brings everything in balance.
At least wait till your skin is clear.

i took a very very good fish oil from the internet and okay i will supplemente it when my skin is clear
only one thing is ccoonout oil okay to take??
since i have ordere it like 3 days ago here is very hard to find but when i order it time ago and i took it in a good dose it improved my fat muscle ration and improved my skin energy ecc
