Mango (ataulfo) weight = 230.44 g - (55 g {pit + skin} - 28 g {skin only} ) = 1 mango has about ~ 175 g mango flesh.

* Hami is currently my favourite melon from the supermarket.
My favourite melons ranked for taste:
hami > watermelon > canteloupe > tomato** > honeydew > cucumber

**{yes taste-bud-aytundra classifies tomato as a melon! :o !; It has that flaky wet sandy watermelon texture without the sugary taste.}
I still want to try canary melon, Korean melon, yellow honeydews, jumbo honeydews.

* Oh no, I finished all my melons.
I will have to stock 3-4 melons instead of 2 next time to last me for a week. I average 1/2 melon per day.
I had them diced in cubes, and stored in a pitcher (usually the pitcher holds 1200 ml of C-oj), but with melons it looks like 1500 ml of fruit.
The only caveat, they are expensive melons.
I am still trying to calculate if melons are cheaper than oranges,after removing all the peels and seeds.

* You know what is funny, I went to a fruit market, where half the store has fruits, and the other half with a deli with bread, and I came out of the market with ham cheese and pretzel sticks.
I have zero ability to modulate my food eating habits.
When a) the deli is just cheaper, b) the food is mess free, finger foods, c) and the brain is just stressy.
:( {I guess that is not funny.}

The rocket science behind the ugly food choice is simple:
a) more protein (ham, trying not to choose ham with the word "cooked" in it as a tiny effort.
b) K2, cheese (though, not sure if egg yolks might be a cheaper source of that.).
c) snacks (it is either that or the vending machines, the vending machines charge double the price and has 8 times less food in their bags of pretzel than the ones from a store.).

The drawbacks are also plain:
a) too salty and spicy.
b) too salty.
c) too salty and it has those fancy brown scorch marks of pretzel sticks.

I really don't know,
maybe it is cheaper to buy containerized oj.
Or spend a lot for personalized melon or something pre-cut like fruits in a plastic box.
