Well, I figured it would be nice to keep a diary for me and for MRR, oscar can see if I do not make mistakes. Although I do not think.
No cheating here, no problem either, just the creation of the body perfectly ripped (like Tyler Durden), I'm already quite muscular but not enough. I started a routine certified MRR both in alimtentaire and exercise plan.
I always did weight training, but since I started the exact plan MRR I've ever also GOOD progressed these last TWO weeks. Amazing ! A lot of pain, a lot, but as it is short it's very motivating! Before my sessions were longer longest and much less painful! I hate myself for to have was stubborn!
So it's very simple, one group per day, extreme burning, no fiber at all (or very little), a lot of juice, sugar, oil, warrior until 13-14h PM, 95 grams + 1 yellow a maximum (because I am sensitive acné) immediately after juice (maximum 30 minutes after exercise).
Man, 24 years old, weight: unknown (I go to a girl friend this weekend to weigh myself). Work: office (so quiet). France; equipment: Press Citrus Krups (orange); Versapers (all other fruits); kitchen scale (not to exceed 95 grams); sieve
I start to day 16, before 2 weeks I was always on Wai but not at all the same strategy before I was on Wai warrior for 1 year (19h). Complicated weight gain with only 120 grams of salmon and yellow wai warrior 19h. so that's 16 days that I am successful this new plan : Start 13h; routine MRR; + lot of juice + 1 groupe a day; short but pain, récupération maximum

Day 16 :
Start 15h20 : 750 ml orange juice (one shot) + sugar, oil
16h30-20h : 700 ml orange juice + sugar + oil
20h : legs Sport (200 squats one shot), 2 min lift (against a wall)
20h20 : 400ml juice banana + apple juice + sugar + oil
20h35 : 64 grammes Mackerel + 2 yellow
21h20 : 200ml apple juice + oil + sugar
22h- sommeil : 1 litres banane juice
See you tomorrow !

Always pain in the legs. Very good sign. As the days pass the more I think that this is the only way to get trained (forever) and it's devilishly effective.
Effective at any point of view: motivation because short (go to the extreme and say that it's once a week) short, maximum recovery. The results happens is motivating, I guess it's because I do not hold of water (through diet), and I always did weight training
Day 20

15h15 : 2 perfectly ripe bananas, brown, soft and sweet
16h25-17h45 : Big salad Wai : Avocado, Tomato, comcumber + oil + lemon juice. It rained on all day so I did not move from my friend. This salad is really good, but definitely too hard to digest when you are on a limited fiber plan and only juice Week. So I have had a nice napping shortly after but I do not like this feeling a bit passive in the middle of the day. So I decided to strictly stop my fiber intake during this plan even on Saturdays. Although the salad is delicious, I stop all the fibers
17h45-19h : Deep siesta With Interstellar which was launched on the PC, it was a little weird that siesta with this film as background but very nice
19h20 back in home : 300 ml Orange Juice + Sugar + oil
19h30 : Stretching
20h00 : mackerel 50 grammes + 2 yellow
20h30-23h00 : 650 ml Tomato juice + cuncumber juice
23h00-sleep : 1 liters Apple juice + sugar + oil

Hmm sorry when I specify just a part of the human body that simply means the party worked in training. If for example I just write biceps, it means that I worked biceps...
But more precisely it was rear shoulders with your certified exercises

That means something like "ribeye", referring to a kind of pork. ("Schouder"= shoulder)

I guess the juice with sugar and oil is a powerful tools. I am in weight gain may be I tend to drink much (sometimes) that I really need.
I know you are very active so the juice is very helpful (when you were not on Warrior) but you have never come to drink too much juice and have a bit bloated stomach in bed?
1 year warrior I drank lots and lots of juice from 19 o'clock at night and I've never had the stomach swollen or feel they have too much fluid in the body. Never.
Well I guess I should not force myself to drink. Only when I need I drink

Question : MRR do you happen to spend a day or you are not active at all, not at all, at home, for example. You do nothing of the day. Except'll buy oranges or fish and muscle routine. In this case your juice consumption is much lower than an active day? True?
