I have an important exam tomorrow and I'm contemplating whether I should take 3-4 yolks to breakfast tomorrow in preparation for the exam. My sharpness increases dramatically the days I've been eating yolks, but on the other hand I often feel a bit drowsy afterwards. What do you think is best for my performance?

Banana + 3 to 4 yolks + honey + olive oil!

Avacados with eggs tend to make me drowsy.

And make sure that you are relaxed and not in a hurry (running after eating yolks is not adviced)

Good luck

I heard they are specifically testing urine for yolks traces before tests now, so you won't have an unfair advantage over your peers :D

I wouldn't take the yolks close to the exam, because of the drowsiness, like you said.

Good luck!
