New forum look
I thought it was time for a change, so I installed a new style, forced everyone to use the new style, and made a new logo. From now on it's also possible to use an avatar (size from 20x20 to 80x80 pixels). Comments, issues, problems, protests, bribes are all welcome
Re: New forum look
Yay for Avatars!
But...
It took me 17 min 52 seconds to make an avatar that met the specifications after much keyboard pounding.
Tips to Avatar Creators:
80 pixel by 80 pixel is the limit. Cut the picture out exactly like the size of the avatar's box or a little smaller, {I got one that was 80 by 82 pixels...}
6KiB is the limit. Save picture as GIF, smaller kilobytes. (my avatar was 4 kB in GIF {JPEG PNG drove me crazy for a few minutes.1300, 260 kb...})

Re: New forum look
I increased the avatar size limit to 10kb, that should make things a tad easier.
My avatar is a jpg btw

Re: New forum look
I took away the file size restriction, so they can as big as you want, though the image size is still limited by 80x80 pixels. Gravatars now also work.

Nice. Very nice.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Re: New forum look
what does RRM stands for?
Re: New forum look
Initially it was a suit used by 3 different persons in a totally unrelated forum.
Originally it was Reformed Robot Man, tbut was changed to RRM later.
Since many years, i have been the only one wearing it.
