im still confused about this diet, i mean consuming all these fruits seems to be a massive amount of sugar (espeically in there juice form) wouldnt it be more efficent to eat the fruit in its whole form?, what if ur a fast/slow oxidizer, wouldnt this cause some serious problems down the road?
1. does it matter if the oranges are seeded or seedless? or organic

3. is ur diet mostly liquid?

Re: Confused (about sugars, juices etc)
Well, you could compare your body to a car: it needs gas and oil to run properly. The more you drive, the more gas (=sugars) you need. You don't need to drink juice at all, but if you find that you eat all you can eat, and still need more energy, then you can use the juice to fill the gap. Because the juice is more or less fiberless, it won't fill you up as much as a whole fruit would.

Re: Confused (about sugars, juices etc)
how many tablespoons of oil would you add to 32 ounces of orange juice?
Re: Confused (about sugars, juices etc)
I add about 50 to 100 gram oil to 1.5L of OJ
I believe 32 oz is about 1L of OJ
and 1 tablespoon olive oil is about 13.7 gram
