Munchfood + water

Am I supposed to drink low mineral water WITH a munchfood item or 1 1-2 hrs later?

You can drink water whenever you feel you want/need it.

Its just that when you eat much foods, you will need to drink (more) water that day. ('when' doesnt really matter)
