I feel your pain. Did you try taking supplements? If so, did that help? I'm surprised to see that you are a strong advocate to Aajonus Vonderplanizt but you don't seem to follow his principles. I hope all goes well for you my dear. *hugs*Please someone help me- how can i go on this diet??
