Its not a direct comparison, but an analogy.

Is it true that, for check if we can eat fruits without problems, we should test our triglyceride levels and glucose levels. If triglycerides are over 100 and if glucose is above 85, then we should be careful ?

I think we believe that the oxidation process, like it is in a lab, is the same for everyone.

The notion that fructose increases triglycerides, is not based on experiments with a fruit diet.
Triglycerides are predominantly formed when too large meals are consumed, so, no worries with this diet.
