fruit only?
i haven't had egg yolks or fish in a long time, haven't felt the need to eat it. I've just been eating fruits like papaya, mango, pineapple, avocado etc. is there any draw back to this?

Well, you will get a shortage of cholesterol, certain omega-3 fatty acids, and vit b12 eventually.

i havent had any cravings yet, are there any other ways to know? should i get a blood test sometime?

Your zinc and iron levels will go down as well.

i do catch myself thinking about eating fried pork fat, but a banana clears it up

ahh i gave in and ate fried pork; such a yucky feeling the next morning! when i eat fruits all day i find it hard to get an empty stomach long enough to eat yolks without cramping

Huh? why eat fried pork and not raw animal food??? I can't believe the fried pork didn't give you cramps also. If that (the waiting after eating animal food) is the problem, why don't you just drink juice instead?

yeah i haven't been having juice lately, mostly tropical fruits and water. the fried pork didnt give me stomach cramps but a headache lol.

well i finally ate fish again, i guess it took a fried pork relapse to kick me out of vegan mode
