I'm Pregnant-What Should I Eat?
Hi--
I'm 25 weeks pregnant. Are there any members out there who have tips on what I can eat per the WAI guidelines.
Many thanks,
M

If you have not been on the diet before,
its best to gradually ease into it.
Particularly cholesterol is very important for the development of the human brain,
so that you may start with consuming a teaspoon of raw egg yolk daily for 3 days.
After those 3 days you may increase it to 2 teaspoons daily,
and double that dosage after another 3 days etc.

Re: I'm Pregnant-What Should I Eat?
Thank you both. I'll start eating the egg yolks per your advice.
I have been eating raw Brazil nuts and fruit. I try to stay away from wheat and dairy and I eat fish, although right now it's mostly cooked.

Maybe you can go from eating cooked fish to eating sushi? (or even sashimi)
Be careful that the Brazil nuts are fresh and taste perfectly well.
If the taste is a bit off, they may contain certain toxins produced by moulds.

I don't know where to ask this so I ask here: When women have pain during sexual intercourse and there is nothing wrong, Could diet help?
When women have their periods, you recommend cholesterol. If it's from pasteurized or cooked eggs, will it still be work?
Or once you cook it, benefits disappear?

"pain during sexual intercourse", that sounds like something mechanical to me, I don't think diet can help you. Put lubrication.
Just as it will be painful if someone hits you, but obviously diet has nothing to do with the pain.

But if there is nothing wrong with the skin, external body etc... pain is inevitably caused by something. But by what?
Re: I'm Pregnant-What Should I Eat?
I think it's best to go to the doctor and check.
It's very much impossible that it could be caused by diet if it only happens during sex, and so then we can't really help here on the forum.

When there is pain during sex, there is something wrong.Rivera wrote:When women have pain during sexual intercourse and there is nothing wrong
If the cause of the pain is not found, it does not mean there is nothing wrong.
Only that the cause is not found.
There are so many things that could be wrong.
I recommend to see a gynaecologist.
They need to be 100% raw egg yolks, indeed. When women have their periods, you recommend cholesterol. If it's from pasteurized or cooked eggs, will it still be work?

Did, but nothing "wrong". It's supposedly "stress".RRM wrote:I recommend to see a gynaecologist.
If it's not, it won't work at all or can we expect some improvements? They need to be 100% raw egg yolks, indeed.
Which other foods could help?
