I'm following a frutarian diet ... for about 3 months.
I didn't consume yolks but i'm starting now..
Oils, nuts, peanuts, seeds, zucchini, carrots, i don't digest very well.
I think it's because of the fat, or something that it's common in all of this ingredientss.
I need to eat small meals to my digestion works better.
I don't eat fish/meat. I will only eat yolks.
But my question it's about other stuff, that i can't understand very well ... and if you can give me a clue i will appreciative that.
For example, this is a meal plan for one day.
Example 1
Male, 42, 1.71m/5'7.5", 57kg/126lbs, moderately active, 2000 kcal
1 banana, 1 apple, olive oil
0.5 liter/1 pint OJ, 4 tbsp sugar, olive oil
0.5 avocado, 2 cherry tomatoes, olive oil
100gr/0.22lbs salmon/mackerel or 4 egg yolks
0.5 liter/1 pint OJ, 4 tbsp sugar, olive oil
1 banana, 1 pear, olive oil
I don't understand where the breakfast start and ends?
1 banana 1 apple, olive oil is the breakfast?
0,5 littler/1 pint oj is the snack?
0,5 avocado is the lunch?
Can you explain me ?
And what is OJ?
I'm portuguese and some things i don't understand very well
I saw that you publish your diets, with this same structure, but i can't understand what meals are related to.

Even fruits contain some anti-nutrients, but the more ripe they are, the less anti-nutrients they contain.
That explains why you dont digest oil well; its too much concentrated. (too much at once)I need to eat small meals to my digestion works better.

This is a fruit based diet, which means that you need to eat very frequently, in accordance with your blood-energy needs.
So, no planning but listening.
The more meals you eat / drink, the easier it gets to listen to your energy needs.

You may also consume 30 meals of OJ and just one meal of egg yolks every day, for example.
In the beginning, the most important thing is to get in contact with your blood-energy needs, mainly sugars, but also protein.
The more you listen, the better you will hear.
The more you adhere, the easier it gets.
Lots and lots of very small meals; thats a good start.
