Some of you know I've been struggling with acne and keeping Wai-diet for quite some time. It never worked for ALL of my symptoms (cystic acne, chronic diarrhea, undigested food, etc) and last years were truly difficult.
I've tried everything and always ate plenty of yolks to restore my hormones. Now, according to a blood test, I seem to be allergic to eggs (white and yellow) and almonds (and all diary, but that's not important because I don't use dairy at all). Since I stopped eating eggs my skin is getting better and better. Now I started juicing and drinking a lot of waterkefir AND my diarrhea is GONE!! I really can't believe this, it's amazing and I am very happy! It seems like eggs are directly responsible for my skin issues.
I know egg yolk is very important for clean cholesterol and protein. How can I make sure I don't get any deficiencies?

That is great news, in the sense that now you have a solution.
Raw salmon, tuna or mackerel (or even herring) will also do the trick.I know egg yolk is very important for clean cholesterol and protein. How can I make sure I don't get any deficiencies?
