No, i don't track my calories.
You simply can never calculate the burned calories 100% accurately.
More importantly, you cannot tell how many calories your muscles still need, because that largely depends on the timing of your meals. Wrongly timed meals result in fat storage rather than calories getting stored as muscle-energy. So that the timing of your meals depends on how many calories your muscles and liver still need.
So, the best way is to train yourself to listen to your body.
If you listen well, you can tell.

Yes, that is possible.
For me (im a tall man) during decades 100 grams/day was the maximum. So, 50 grams for a small woman seems very plausible to me.
