Oscar on Wai Warrior
I've been doing Wai Warrior for 15 months now, and using an 8 hr (more or less) eating window.

Which version of the wai diet do you prefer ?Oscar wrote:I've been doing Wai Warrior for 15 months now, and using an 8 hr (more or less) eating window.
And are you still 100% wai ?
Re: Wai Warrior - for autophagy - AN EXPERIMENT
They both have advantages and disadvantages, but I'm pretty happy with Wai Warrior. I'm still on the 100% diet, though I do sometimes eat raw stuff which isn't directly on the diet.

Oscar, how your eating schedule looks like? At what time you start to eat and how much per meal?Oscar wrote:I've been doing Wai Warrior for 15 months now, and using an 8 hr (more or less) eating window.
Re: Oscar on Wai Warrior
It varies, but roughly between 5pm and 7pm. My last meal is usually between 12:30am and 2am.
I start with some sips of OJ + OO + (3tsp) sugar (total 500ml per day) and an 1/2 avo + 1 tomato+ 2 olives + 4 brazil nuts salad.
An hour later I eat a date/nut/CO mix (not sure how much one snack contains).
I sip OJ until 8:30-9pm, when I eat around 150gr of salmon + 2 yolks.
Around 10:30pm the same amount of date/nut/CO mix as before.
Around 11:30pm-12am a banana+CO snack.
Between 12:30-2am 2 yolks+a little sugar+a little CO.

I really don't get how you guys seem to eat so little and I have to eat so much and still lose weightOscar wrote:It varies, but roughly between 5pm and 7pm. My last meal is usually between 12:30am and 2am.

Btw, on the Nutritional Value Calculator I don't see Coconut Oil in there... But is it ok to consume it? I have some in my house, but I don't touch it. OO is still the optimal oil, right?
Re: Oscar on Wai Warrior
2300kcal isn't that little
CO is perfectly fine, as long as it's extra virgin/cold pressed (same goes for OO).

Re: Oscar on Wai Warrior
Well, since I am taking 4000+ kcal daily and I don't do a regular workout, it seems too little to me. So confusingOscar wrote:2300kcal isn't that little
Well, RRM said this here, so I interpreted it as bad / not an optimal option... But I do like the taste and to mix it with some fruits. Maybe I will start to introduce it on my foods then. And it is EV/Cold PressedOscar wrote:CO is perfectly fine, as long as it's extra virgin/cold pressed (same goes for OO).
Re: Oscar on Wai Warrior
I can understand your confusion, but he didn't mean to suggest CO was bad. There are plenty of other oils to avoid, though (as mentioned in that post).
