Today I usually just pour oo on my diced tomato... but today I decided to add sugar, very good

pseudostrawberryjam = 1 cup of tomatoes (peeled, seeds removed, seeds' pulp juice removed) + 3 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp oo
Tastes like strawberry sauce or strawberry jam! Very yummy.
