When walking do you only use the glycogen in the leg muscles or will glycogen from other muscles be mobilized to fuel your legs?
I have a Schwinn Airdyne that is a stationary bike that lets you push and pull as well. It has a very smooth motion and really uses your upper body (unlike some machines that seem to just move your upper body but only really use your legs). I'm thinking that this machine used with walking would be a better way to deplete my glycogen, if walking doesn't use up glycogen in other parts of the body.
