anyone heard of the 'shangri la diet'
A researcher found that if he gave rats calories with no flavor (extra light olive oil, or sugar water) they ate less.
here is a explanation:

If this is true, I should stop using sweetners with no calories like stevia. I have read that diet sodas (have flavor but no calories) can cause an increase in appetite.
sweeteners increase appetite; shangri la diet

Yes, flavors enhance appetite.
Most flavors that originate due to heating are literally addictive, stimulating appetite.
And yes, in the "free acne book" we have explained that the body needs the real energy, and when you try to trick the body by consuming sweeteners, it will not be fooled and will want to get the real energy anyway, which lead to increased appetite.

Constantly supplying your body with the calories it needs decreases your appetite. Trying to fool your body will result in the opposite.
Nowhere in the world people consume as much sweeteners and diet products as in the US. At the same time, US people are fatter than in any other country.
