I am always trying different ways of eating egg yolk. My current favorite is yolk mixed together with avocado, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar...mmm...and sometimes, when I want an extra "crunch" with it, I add chopped red onion. It tastes SO good, just like (really satisfying) gaucemole!
I remember reading that balsamic vinegar is "okay" for the strict Wai diet. I hope that's right, because--adding it to my salads, etc.--keeps me from craving salt or mayo (which, unfortunately, contains a lot of salt).
delicious (Wai-friendly) guacamole

Magnos are an excellent addition, as are peaches I have found.rischott wrote:Something along the same line is:

Personally, I use a little salt with guacamole. It really improves the flavor, especially off older off-season avocados. Its really my only munch-food however, so its no big deal.
If you are interested in another tasty munch-food addition... garlic is also very tasty.
Vinegar ok
Sorry to say, but Wai said that that pure vinegar is ok, balsamic therfore not. Oh well, if it doesn't affect your skin, maybe it's ok for you.
