Do you grant this calculator?

I need 31 grams.

I can get 10-20g from 50-100g fish.

The rest i need to get from fruits. 10-20g sounds ok from fruits.

E.g. 2kg bananas 10g protein.

I'm always a bit hesitant when it comes to "ideal" values for weight, and in this case the connected protein requirements. Ideal weight depends on more factors than just height, and I think the general consensus about ideal weight is on the high side. We should be leaner than that.

Ekk Ideal weight is 172lbs and i need 35-62 grams. The protein levels dont worry me. Im 131lbs so wheres my 40lbs gone lol? I dont think I can build 40lbs of Muscle but here goes...
