peeling tomatoes / cucumber? the seeds?

you are supposed to peel all fruits, correct? does this mean i should peel the tomatoes and cucumbers? what about the seeds? are those okay to eat?

We advice to peel fruits because the peel is mostly (useless) fiber, and pesticides and other contaminants are mostly present in the peel. If the fruits are organic and you like the peel, then you can choose not to peel. Seeds do contain some harmful substances, but are okay to eat, because they usually pass through unchanged.

Simply dont chew on the seeds; just swallow them.
