I've put this up as an symbolic wai diet. 25 Squeezed oranges, sugar, olive oil, 8 egg yolks. I don't really know whether to take the RDA with a grain of salt or not, but to me it looks like there's some big deficiencies. Zinc in particular.
Lay people (who know close to zero about acne treatment) always tell me to 'take sum zinc supps!'. Apparently it's worked for some people? And according to this there may be some sort of truth to it.
How could a zinc deficiency affect acne? Is the zinc RDA correct? How the hell are you supposed to get that amount of zinc in you on the acne sample diet?

Fish! Thats why we also eat the sashimi. Nuts are rich in zinc too. And ofc eggs.
If you want to live on OJ+OO and yolks, i believe u need about 4L of OJ+OO and 12 yolks.

Salmon contains FAR less zinc (and other micronutrients for that matter) per gram than do eggyolks.
I also don't get how we're supposed to eat SO MUCH olive oil. It just doesn't seem natural to me. IT MAY be beneficial to prevent acne/sugar rushes when eating too much fruit at once (this wasn't the case many thousands/million years ago I presume). But then again, where did the natural human being get their fats from; organ meats? the occasional egg?
Re: Not meeting 'daily needs'
The occasional beef would do the trick i guess.
Our ancesters used to eat as much meat and fish as possible if it was available. Munching in the weekends i guess. When the hunters came back to town.
But then again Wai is optimised for our modern age and knowledge.
Although im fasting 24 hours once per 2 week and bincheating meat sometimes (say once in 3 weeks). I believe it's better that way. To give your body some eventual punches to not become too soft and dependant. But of course opinions will vary certainly if you're suspectible to acne (which i am not).

I forgot nuts... Nuts contain fats, sorry.
And yes, beef indeed does contain a lot of zinc.

100gr of salmon = 13gr of fat
1 egg yolk = 5gr of fat
1 Brazil nut = 3gr of fat
1 Macademia nut = 2gr of fat
