I have heard that sprouting grains removes anti-nutrients and increases enzymes so should be ok with waidiet
Also, I am a bit concerned about table sugar, since it is made with fire/heating

Indeed, sprouting removes a substantial part of the anti nutrients present in raw grains,dandate2 wrote:I have heard that sprouting grains removes anti-nutrients
but sprouts still contain a lot of anti nutrients.
Fruits and and raw animal food are much better in this regard.
The enzymes consumed from raw food is digested by the intestines,...and increases enzymes so should be ok with waidiet
and taken up as peptides and amino acids.
These are used by the body for all kind of purposes, including building enzymes.
The (co)enzymes the body cannot sufficiently produce, are called vitamins,
which are provided by diet.
Table sugar is refined sugar, so that all impurities are filtered out. Also, I am a bit concerned about table sugar, since it is made with fire/heating
What remains is pure sucrose, which is glucose + fructose, which is a completely natural sugar,
and not negatively affected by heat.
So, if sugar would contain protein (and/or fats) as well, THEN the heating would be a problem.
But in sugar its just sucrose.
